To secure your desired date and time, we recommend booking your appointment as far in advance as possible, especially for popular services or peak times.

Once you've booked through the Beu app, you'll receive a confirmation. Please ensure all details are correct to avoid any inconvenience.

Deposit required
A deposit is required to secure any booking at The FaceFiles. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. This helps us manage our schedule and ensures commitment to your appointment.
Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within this period, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. For any no-shows, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
